As an Apache Airflow MFT Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Managed File Transfer solutions using Apache Airflow. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to automate file transfer processes, ensure data integrity, and optimize workflows. This role requires expertise in Apache Airflow, as well as a strong understanding of Managed File Transfer protocols and security standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a software engineer or developer with expertise in Apache Airflow. - Strong understanding of Managed File Transfer protocols and standards (e.g., FTP, SFTP, FTPS, AS2).Proficiency in Python programming language for developing custom Airflow operators and workflows.
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes for deploying Airflow.
- Familiarity with data encryption, compression, and security best practices for file transfers.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
