Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Software AG’s webMethods platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
  • Perform system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to webMethods integrations.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of integrations.
  • Maintain and upgrade existing webMethods integrations to meet evolving business needs.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the integration domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, ESB, SOA, and API management.
  • Proficiency in webMethods components such as Integration Server, Trading Networks, BPM, MWS, and Universal Messaging.
  • Experience with Java, web services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
