Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions using Software AG’s webMethods platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Perform system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to webMethods integrations.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of integrations.
- Maintain and upgrade existing webMethods integrations to meet evolving business needs.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the integration domain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns, ESB, SOA, and API management.
- Proficiency in webMethods components such as Integration Server, Trading Networks, BPM, MWS, and Universal Messaging.
- Experience with Java, web services (SOAP/REST), XML, XSLT, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
