Careers

We build the integration and API platforms that other companies run their day on. If you like problems where being roughly right is not good enough, there is work here for you.

The work

Systems that cannot go down

Almost everything we build sits between other systems, which means somebody else's operations stop when it breaks.

That might be a partner channel carrying a distributor's whole order book, or a clinical feed where a wrong record does more damage than no record at all. Sometimes it is a gateway sitting in front of a core system nobody is allowed to touch. The constraint is the same either way: the thing has to be right, and it has to keep being right at three in the morning.

That shapes the job. You will spend as much time on failure modes, replay and observability as on the path where everything works. The upside is that what you build tends to stay in production for years, which is rarer than it should be.

Teams are small. Whoever designs an interface usually builds it, and stays on the account after go-live instead of handing it to a support queue. You will talk to the client directly, and you will hear about it directly when something is wrong.

Open roles

What we are hiring for right now

We do not recruit for a bench, so every role here is attached to client work that already exists.

Five roles open, last updated July 2026.

Nothing that fits?

Send your CV and tell us which of the five disciplines you would want to work in. We keep speculative applications on file and come back when something opens.

How hiring works

Four steps from CV to offer

Every stage is with people you would actually work alongside. We tell you where you stand after each one.

STEP 01

Apply

Send a CV and a line on which discipline you want. An engineer reads it rather than a keyword filter.

STEP 02

Intro call

Half an hour on what you have built and what you want to build next, plus what we currently have running.

STEP 03

Technical session

A working conversation about a problem close to the real thing, rather than whiteboard puzzles.

STEP 04

Offer

We come back with the team, the start date and the package, usually within a week of the last conversation.

Questions before you apply?

Ask about the team, the stack, or how a delivery engagement actually runs. The reply comes from someone in engineering rather than a recruiter.
